Welcome to CoachFootball!
With two boys who played youth football, I grew to love the sport. Although both are now going into high school, I have decided to devote my time to learning more about the sport and becoming a head coach. I started, as many will, without any experience and as an assistant coach. After three years of helping out my youngest child's team, I took a year off. Coming back more ambitious than ever, I decided to try out being a head coach. Three seasons later, I have stayed with the same team and improved in my own knowledge. Now I hope to help other coaches by presenting the different resources I have found that have helped to improve me. As I begin my third year as a head coach, I now have many websites and books to help guide my team and I to a winning season. This blog is to offer helpful reviews and insights to websites, camps, playbooks, and other tools that coaches may use.
